Your Role & Responsibilities

In this role, you will independently contribute to the success of major application deployments while helping shape the future of the client’s systems and tools.

• Work closely within a cross-functional project delivery team to analyze, design, implement, and enhance business software applications
• Elicit, analyze, and document clear business requirements that support accurate and effective solution development
• Act as the communication bridge between business partners and IT stakeholders
• Develop test scenarios and scripts that validate business requirements and ensure traceability from requirement through tested result
• Collaborate with the broader project team to build a comprehensive master test strategy aligned to project goals
• Track and communicate task-level progress to the project manager and extended team

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

Even if you don’t meet every requirement, candidates with strong analytical skillsets and a passion for learning are encouraged to apply.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise application deployments (on‑premise and SaaS)
• Proven experience focusing on SAP S/4 Hana and corporate financial business functions
• Strong background in requirements elicitation and test script creation
• Proven ability to estimate timelines and consistently meet delivery targets
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and both business and IT stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in large corporate environments with multiple business units
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to learn quickly and take initiative
• Experience working with financial systems and business processes

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4, or PowerPlan
• Familiarity with Jira or X-Ray test management

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Additional certifications in business analysis or testing (CBAP, CCBA, ISTQB, etc.) are a plus, not a requirement
