Job Purpose:
The Business System Analyst acts as a vital link between Finance Business Services, Technology & Digital Services, and external vendors. The analyst partners with stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design efficient and effective business solutions. This role is responsible for the implementation, support, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AX 2012 for Finance to optimize Order to Cash (O2C) processes – including both online and offline retail sales and wholesales operations.
By collaborating closely with two other BSAs, this position ensures comprehensive coverage and continuous improvement of all finance-related processes. Through proactive stakeholder engagement and a commitment to operational excellence, the analyst supports the seamless integration of technology and business objectives, enabling the organization to achieve greater efficiency, scalability, and business value across APAC markets.
