
【The Mission 】
We are looking for a data-driven professional with sharp analytical skills and a logical mindset to lead our digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will leverage the Salesforce ecosystem (CRM, CDP, MCE) to optimize the customer experience and utilize Power BI to translate complex data into actionable business strategies. You will bridge the gap between technical execution and business goals, ensuring data consistency from collection to application while championing the importance of user behavior in an e-commerce environment.
【Key Responsibilities】
1. Data Analysis & Business Insights (BA Role) • Dashboard Development: Build and maintain visualization dashboards to monitor user behavior, marketing conversion rates, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
• Data Modeling: Ensure high-quality data integration between CDP and CRM, leading efforts in identity resolution and user segment/tagging strategy.
• Process Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks in system operations or business workflows through data analysis and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
2. System Operations & Project Management (PM Role)
• Salesforce Platform Management: Manage daily operations of the Salesforce platform, with a primary focus on Service Cloud and Data Cloud (supporting other modules as needed).
• Project Leadership: Spearhead user behavior optimization projects, define tracking requirements, and establish technical standards for system integration.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: as the primary bridge between technical engineering teams and business units (Marketing/Sales), translating complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
【What We’re Looking For】
• Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis (BA) or Digital Project Management (PM).
• Technical Proficiency: Solid foundation in SQL for data analysis. Experience with Power BI or a proven ability to clean and process raw data across disparate systems is a plus.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional logical thinking skills with the ability to map complex system architectures into clear, streamlined processes.
• System Knowledge: Familiarity with the logic of Salesforce or similar large-scale CRM/ERP ecosystems. Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)
• Prior experience implementing a Customer Data Platform (CDP) or marketing automation tools. • Proven track record working within Agile or Scrum frameworks.
