Position Summary: The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for the development, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of the Company’s ERP system and related business applications.

Main duties:

1. Support, maintain, and improve the Company’s ERP system and related business applications to ensure stability, performance, security, and alignment with business needs.
2. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for internal teams, software vendors, or third-party providers.
3. Document current-state and future-state workflows, including approvals, routings, process changes, and system interactions.
4. Analyze existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend practical workflow or application enhancements.
5. Develop, implement, test, and support system modifications, reports, dashboards, and data reporting solutions using ERP-specific tools, SQL-based reporting, SSRS, Power BI, Microsoft Dataverse, or other approved platforms.
6. Review new software releases, apply changes in test environments, coordinate user testing, validate results, and support deployment planning.

Education and/or Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
2. One to three years of related experience in business systems analysis, ERP support, application support, reporting, manufacturing systems, or a related discipline preferred.

Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.

1. Strong customer service, troubleshooting, communication, and analytical skills.
2. Excellent computer skills with the ability to support and improve business technology systems.
3. Experience supporting ERP applications and core business systems in preferably in a project-based environment.
4. Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL, SSRS, Power BI, ERP reporting tools, or similar reporting and business intelligence platforms preferred.

Fives does provide sponsorship for employment visa status based on business need. However, for this role, applicants must be currently authorized to work on a full-time basis, in the country where the position is currently based.
