This role operates within the Product Management organization and partners closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Operations teams to validate product functionality and produce clear, client-ready documentation. The position is primarily focused on UAT execution (approximately 70% of time) with additional responsibility for developing and maintaining end-user and client-facing documentation (approximately 30% of time).


Primary Responsibilities:

  • User Acceptance Testing (70%)
    • Design, develop, and execute UAT test cases aligned with product requirements and acceptance criteria
    • Validate new features, enhancements, and defect fixes across OCDC workflows and integrations
    • Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with engineering teams to ensure resolution
    • Participate in sprint ceremonies (e.g., backlog refinement, sprint reviews) to represent testing readiness and outcomes
    • Coordinate UAT cycles, including test planning, execution, and sign-off support
    • Analyze test results and summarize findings for Product Management stakeholders
    • Ensure test coverage across key OCDC capabilities, including data ingestion, processing, and client-facing outputs
  • Documentation & End-User Enablement (30%)
    • Develop and maintain end-user documentation, including user guides, workflows, and job aids
    • Create and publish release notes for product updates and enhancements
    • Support the development and maintenance of centralized documentation repositories (e.g., client portals, internal knowledge bases)
    • Translate technical functionality into clear, business-friendly documentation for payer and operations users
    • Partner with Product Managers to ensure documentation aligns with product strategy and client needs
    • Support internal and client-facing training materials as needed
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Work closely with Product Managers to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
    • Partner with Engineering teams to validate functionality and resolve defects
    • Coordinate with Operations teams to ensure workflows are accurately represented in testing and documentation
    • Support readiness activities for product releases and client implementations
    • Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in UAT, QA, or Business Systems Analysis within a software development environment
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Rally, JIRA, ADO)
  • Solid experience designing and executing test cases in an Agile SDLC
  • Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated technical writing experience
  • Proven ability to translate technical requirements into clear documentation
  • Proven solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in U.S. healthcare data, payer systems, or clinical data workflows
  • Experience supporting client-facing documentation or training materials
  • Familiarity with data-driven platforms or APIs (e.g., data ingestion, interoperability workflows)
  • Exposure to compliance or audit-related documentation (e.g., HITRUST, SOC)

  • Ability to operate effectively in an offshore delivery model while supporting U.S.-based stakeholders
  • Demonstrates ownership of testing outcomes and documentation quality
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, product-centric environment


Reporting Structure

  • This role reports into the OCDC Product Management organization and supports Product Directors and Technical Product Managers in delivering high-quality product releases
