Job Description

Business Systems Analysts are responsible for analysing client requirements, translating them into system solutions, and supporting the delivery, implementation, and improvement of RS2 software systems within a global team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and perform gap analysis
• Define use cases, specifications, and high-level test cases
• Act as the main point of contact for clients
• Support project delivery and release schedules in line with SLAs
• Collaborate with technical and QA teams to ensure requirements are met
• Support system implementation and data migration
• Provide 2nd line support and issue resolution
• Deliver client training and knowledge transfer

Key Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business-related field
• 4+ years' experience in business/system analysis
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation
• SQL proficiency
• Knowledge of SDLC and financial/payments systems (preferred)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
