Job Description

We’re a nine-time “Best Company to Work For,” where intelligent, talented people come together to do outstanding work—and have a lot of fun while they’re at it. We offer a solution-focused environment full of collaboration and dedication, to our goals and to each other. You’ll have the opportunity to drive your own success in a supportive, globally connected environment. You’ll exercise your understanding of work streams and business processes to identify pain points and to help drive the successful implementation of requirements and processes while effectively managing stakeholder expectations.

About you

  • You can quickly develop an in-depth understanding of business rules and processes to be able to optimize/streamline the workflows.
  • You have strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum) and the ability to work within each.
  • You act effectively as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the solutions delivered adhere to the requirements and customer need.
  • You’re comfortable communicating and building relationships with senior executives.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Utilities/energy clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale and improve business processes.
