Your Role

The Information Systems team is looking to hire a full-time Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint ERP System. This role will provide functional and business expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures to increase business efficiency and automate global business processes. You will work closely with all areas of Finance, as well as Marketing, Data Platform and the Data Operations team. As part of the team, this role may be called upon during off-hours to support production issues.

**This position will be based on-site 5 days a week**

What You Will Do

  • System administrator and support for Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint which includes multicompany & multicurrency environment
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and document business needs
  • Proactively identify problems and develop solutions to improve business processes and workflows to improve operational excellence
  • Provide training and support to end users of the system
  • Ability to create clear technical documentation and build detailed process flow diagrams that explain business and system workflows
  • Ability to conduct meetings, gather information and present status updates

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst
  • Experience with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint as user or admin
  • Project accounting knowledge is strongly desired
  • Agile/Scrum sprint planning and delivery using Jira.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including an ability to communicate functional information to non-technical users and business processes and functional requirements to technical resources.
  • Self starter, able to self-motivate and complete tasks with limited supervision
  • Customer service oriented with a passion for employee experience
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and strong SQL knowledge
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and oral.

**The base salary is estimated between $95k-$105k plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
