The Role
You bring clarity to complex challenges and turn uncertainty into forward momentum. In this role, you’ll facilitate conversations that surface what truly matters, apply structured analysis to sharpen thinking, and translate insight into actionable recommendations. Working side by side with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you’ll shape strategies and solutions that improve performance, reduce costs, drive growth, and mitigate risk.
You won’t just define the path—you’ll help deliver it, supporting requirements definition and guiding execution to ensure the impact is meaningful, durable, and built to last.

What you'll Do

• Partner with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into clear, testable system and functional requirements
• Support end-to-end delivery by clarifying requirements throughout development, testing, and deployment
• Orchestrate the backlog by prioritizing and refining requirements, and writing quality user stories with acceptance criteria
• Elicit, analyze, and document requirements across applications, data, integrations, and workflows, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical design
• Analyze current and future-state systems, processes, and data flows to identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and optimization opportunities
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and technical leads to validate feasibility, surface trade-offs, and support solution design decisions
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business and technical stakeholders to drive shared understanding of system behaviour, constraints, and delivery approach
• Ensure solution quality by supporting test planning, validating requirements against delivered functionality, and confirming production readiness
• Enable effective agile delivery by facilitating ceremonies, supporting sprint planning, and promoting continuous improvement
• Identify and manage scope, timeline, and technical risks, escalating issues and supporting resolution to keep delivery on track

What You'll Bring

• Currently enrolled in a business and/or technology major with a strong/passionate interest in management consulting
• 2+ years of business analysis and / or business systems analysis experience
• Familiarity with and enthusiasm for SDLC & Agile approaches to software development
• Experience with use case / sequence diagrams (UML) and / or process modeling (BPMN data flow diagrams)
• Experience with data mapping, data modeling or handling data (SQL, Tableau, etc.)
• Familiarity with systems and integration patterns (e.g. REST basics, batch vs. real-time, event based processing)
• Ability to consolidate diverse business requirements and manage them using requirements tooling (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
• Clear, confident communication—whether in a workshop, a deck, or a stakeholder discussion
• Strong facilitation, prioritization, planning, organization and problem-solving skills
