Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in the Lending domain, specifically Auto and Equipment Financing/Leasing The role requires deep expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, business process mapping, and Agile delivery, along with hands-on exposure to data analysis and SQL Server

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver value‑driven, customer‑centric solutions.

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering using workshops, interviews, and document analysis.
• Translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Manage requirement traceability across the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and completeness.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams
• Facilitate requirement discussions, prioritization sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and resolve requirement ambiguities.

Agile Delivery & Backlog Management

• Work closely with Product Owners and Scrum teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Create, groom, and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business objectives.
• Support sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning activities.

Business Process & Solution Design

• Develop business process maps, workflows, and gap analyses for current and future states.
• Apply design thinking and UX principles to ensure customer‑centric solutions.
• Support wireframing and functional design to enhance usability and system efficiency.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Perform data analysis and validation to support business decisions and requirements.
• Use SQL Server to analyze data, validate outputs, and support reporting needs.
• Collaborate with data and technology teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Documentation & Tools

• Maintain clear and up‑to‑date documentation using Confluence
• Manage requirements, backlogs, and delivery tracking using Jira
• Ensure documentation adheres to enterprise standards and audit requirements.
