About the Role
This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.
AI adoption - This role will actively drive the adoption of AI-enabled tools and solutions to enhance team productivity, improve delivery efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making across both IT and business functions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support Business Requirement Delivery & Change Execution (70%)
1. Lead requirement discovery with business users, operations, and key stakeholders to define clear business problems, scope, and expected outcomes.
2. Translate business needs into high-quality functional requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for IT delivery teams.
3. Drive end-to-end requirement lifecycle management, including elicitation, analysis, prioritization, baseline control, and change requests.
4. Facilitate requirement workshops, walkthroughs, and solution discussions between business users, SMEs, IT teams, and vendors.
5. Act as the primary liaison between business and technology teams to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
6. Support project planning and execution by tracking requirement milestones, identifying gaps/risks early, and coordinating mitigation actions.
7. Lead UAT preparation with business users, including test scenario definition, defect triage support, and sign-off readiness.
8. Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives, regulatory/compliance requirements, and operational processes.
9. Maintain complete and accurate BSA documentation, process maps, traceability matrices, decision logs, and status updates.
10. Support post-go-live stabilization, benefit tracking, and continuous improvement of business processes and requirement quality.
