Job Description

  • Analyze and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams.
  • Define integrations, APIs, interfaces, and data mappings.
  • Support insurance and investment product initiatives from concept to delivery.
  • Perform impact analysis, solution validation, and UAT support.
  • Contribute to process optimization, digitalization, and AI-driven improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 3+ years of experience in Business & Systems Analysis.
  • Experience in Insurance products and processes (mandatory); exposure to Investment/Savings products is a plus.
  • Experience in complex Digital Transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL, DB2 SQL etc.) and data analysis.
  • Proven experience with systems integration, APIs (REST/SOAP), and end-to-end connectivity between systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, SoapUI.
  • Knowledge of JSON, XML, microservices, and messaging platforms (Kafka, MQ, RabbitMQ).
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, process modeling, data mapping, impact analysis, and documentation (UML, sequence, data flow, and integration diagrams).
  • Ability to identify risks, propose solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for analysis, documentation, automation, and process improvement.
  • Good English.
