• 
  Cooperate with business and IT teams to analyse and define functional requirements for leasing
  and finance applications
• 
  Prepare system documentation (BPMN, UML, use cases)
• 
  Conduct business process analysis and identify optimisation opportunities
• 
  Collaborate with developers and testers throughout the delivery lifecycle
• 
  Assist in defining integration flows between internal systems and third-party services
• 
  Ensure consistency between business requirements and technical implementation
• 
  Support UAT and coordinate defect resolution with the team

Requirements

• 
  Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar business/system analyst role
• 
  Strong knowledge of business process modelling and system design
• 
  Practical experience using UML, BPMN, and CASE tools
• 
  Solid SQL skills (data queries, joins, basic analysis)
• 
  Ability to analyse service documentation (REST, SOAP)
• 
  Strong documentation and communication skills
• 
  Fluent Polish and good English (min. B2)

• 
  Experience in leasing or financial systems
• 
  Background in technical analysis or basic development knowledge
• 
  Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI)
