Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic Business Support Supervisor to lead and elevate our support operations at our Meadow Gold Plant in Las Vegas In this role, you’ll oversee a team that keeps critical business functions running smoothly—from reporting and invoicing to inventory and administrative coordination.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and coach a team of business support specialists; assign work, monitor performance, and ensure timely, high-quality output.
  • Oversee daily operations including administrative support, invoicing, recordkeeping, inventory tracking, and reporting.
  • Drive efficiency by evaluating workflows and implementing process improvements.
  • Manage hiring, training, performance reviews, and employee development.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for complex issues and customer inquiries.
  • Lead or support cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred).
  • 2–5 years of progressive experience, including team lead or supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt, and work independently with attention to detail.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and a strong customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience in plant or operations environments is a plus.
