In this role, you will join the implementation of a new customer within the Consumer Products division. You will work on optimizing processes, improving systems, and increasing efficiency within a highly automated supply chain. You will play a key role in translating data and customer needs into smart logistics solutions.

At our new site in Heijen (Gennep), you will be part of an international and innovative environment where automation, Warehouse Management Systems, and continuous improvement are at the core of everything we do. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Europe and contribute to one of the most advanced logistics operations in the region.

YOUR TASKS

As a Business Support Specialist, you focus on optimizing and improving system-driven processes, with a strong emphasis on Warehouse Management Systems and collaboration with IT. You play a key role in managing change requests, testing system improvements, and supporting project implementations.

• Manage and coordinate WMS-related change requests in collaboration with IT and stakeholders;
• Analyze business and operational needs and translate them into system and process improvements;
• Execute and support testing of system changes to ensure quality and performance;
• Participate in and support projects related to system implementations and optimizations;
• Act as a key point of contact between operations, IT, and external stakeholders.

We are looking for an analytical and proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic, international logistics environment.

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Logistics, Technology, Business Administration, or a similar field;
• Fluent in English;
• Experience with and affinity for IT systems (ERP/WMS); experience with SAP is a plus, as many of our customers operate within this environment;
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in logistics, engineering, and automation;
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Visio);
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.

• A gross monthly salary between € 2.560 – € 4.164 based on 40 hours, depending on your experience;
