Remuneration: 28,000 - 34,000 EUR

Job Summary

Reporting to the Regional Site Manager, the role will provide business support across the following areas:

• WTGs performance reporting
• IT-OT device management
• HSE support
• SAP PM-MM support
• 3rd Party HSE-VTP support

Responsibilities

• Manage availability reports, losses evaluation, CURT and performance reporting on SharePoint.
• Manage, coordinate and support RENTRI, RITAS, TOC, VTP, tools and equipment statutory inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Manage, coordinate and support IT-OT corrective maintenance, including opening and following up on tickets.
• Develop and maintain the SAP database related to PM work orders.
• Coordinate and support VTP authorisations, site registers and access management.
• Work closely with key internal stakeholders, including the Regional Site Manager, Main Components Manager, BOP Asset Leaders, Head of O&M and Operation Specialist.

Key Skills Required

• Diploma from an Industrial Technical Institute in mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering, with at least 2–5 years of experience in maintenance management, renewable energy plant operations and/or asset management.
• Previous experience in O&M activities for renewable energy facilities, with the ability to work across mechanical and electrical/electronic disciplines.
• Good knowledge of environmental regulations, health and safety standards, operating procedures and maintenance management within an industrial environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with organisations and/or companies involved in the operation and maintenance of production plants.
• Strong problem-solving, organisation, planning, results orientation, initiative and team-working skills.
• Good written and spoken English and Italian mother tongue.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP systems would be an advantage.
• Availability to travel.
