Operational Support and Process Management - Manage procurement, payment, and expense-related processes across different markets, including purchase requests, purchase orders, invoices, and payment tracking. - Support company vehicle administration, including vehicle allocation, leasing, insurance, maintenance, and related cost tracking. - Coordinate internal systems and follow up on process progress to ensure timely completion. Compliance and Risk Management - Monitor operational processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. - Identify potential risks and process issues, and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Business and Budget Analysis - Consolidate and analyze procurement, budget, expense, and vehicle-related data. - Prepare regular reports and provide insights to support management decisions and resource allocation. - Monitor budget utilization and highlight potential overspending or spending inefficiencies. Cross-Functional Coordination - Act as the key operational contact for Sales and Marketing teams. - Coordinate workflows and communication between local markets, headquarters, Procurement, Finance, and other support functions. - Support the resolution of daily operational issues and ensure alignment between stakeholders.
