Responsibilities

Operational Support and Process Management
Manage procurement, payment, and expense-related processes across different markets, including purchase requests, purchase orders, invoices, and payment tracking.
Support company vehicle administration, including vehicle allocation, leasing, insurance, maintenance, and related cost tracking.
Coordinate internal systems and follow up on process progress to ensure timely completion.
Compliance and Risk Management
Monitor operational processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Identify potential risks and process issues, and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Business and Budget Analysis
Consolidate and analyze procurement, budget, expense, and vehicle-related data.
Prepare regular reports and provide insights to support management decisions and resource allocation.
Monitor budget utilization and highlight potential overspending or spending inefficiencies.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as the key operational contact for Sales and Marketing teams.
Coordinate workflows and communication between local markets, headquarters, Procurement, Finance, and other support functions.
Support the resolution of daily operational issues and ensure alignment between stakeholders.
