Reporting to the Service Lead Leisure Services, you will provide business and project support to the Community Infrastructure Planning team and the Active Communities team, helping to deliver initiatives that enhance sport, recreation and healthy lifestyle opportunities across the City.
This is a diverse role where no two days are the same. You'll coordinate grant administration, assist with community engagement and stakeholder consultation activities, support project delivery and reporting, contribute to research and data analysis, and help ensure the smooth operation of the Leisure Services service unit.
You'll also have the opportunity to support community-focused projects from planning through to completion, including coordinating events and working collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
This is a maximum term contract until the end of August 2027.
You are a proactive and detail-oriented administrator who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is passionate about supporting community outcomes. You can confidently manage competing priorities, build positive relationships, and take ownership of your work.
