Job Description

We are seeking an organised and friendly Business Support Officer – Corporate Services to join our team in a full-time capacity.

Reporting to the Director – Corporate Services, this role plays a key part in the smooth operation of CLRS by providing high-quality administrative support across reception, facilities and asset management, and finance functions.

You will be the first point of contact for visitors and enquiries, while also supporting internal teams to ensure well‑maintained offices, accurate financial processing, and efficient corporate systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reception & Administration
  • Provide front-of-house reception services including phone and email enquiries
  • Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, data entry and document management
  • Maintain office presentation, shared spaces and supplies
  • Process receipting, banking and invoicing

About You

You are a proactive and reliable administrator who enjoys variety, works well in a team environment, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service and attention to detail.

  • Experience in administrative support across corporate services (finance, facilities, HR or similar)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and office systems
  • High attention to detail and respect for confidentiality
  • Alignment with the values and mission of a not-for-profit, community-based organisation

Mandatory Requirements

  • Current Australian Driver Licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • COVID-19 vaccination compliance or valid exemption

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
