In this role, you'll:


Working as part of a newly formed team delivering Workforce Capability & Learning solutions across Sydney Trains, you’ll play an important role in providing high quality coordination, analysis and administrative support that helps teams deliver on their business plans and operational objectives.


This role will see you support the development and delivery of business activities by assisting with research, reporting, document management, stakeholder communication and administrative coordination. You’ll help maintain accurate records, manage vendor interactions, and support finance and procurement activities such as accruals, purchase orders and invoicing for outsourced services, including training providers and business products such as uniforms.

You’ll also track milestones, monitor progress and contribute to ensuring teams meet agreed outcomes—all while building your capability across business analysis, corporate systems and operational planning.
You will support improvements to business processes and efficient service delivery, helping to strengthen consistency, streamline workflows and maintain strong information flow in a fast paced, deadline driven environment with competing priorities and sensitive matters requiring good judgment.

About you


Your strong organisational ability, vendor management and coordination experience, attention to detail and stakeholder engagement—built across administration, business support, procurement and customer focused environments—enable you to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records and provide clear information that supports effective decision making. Your contribution helps ensure smooth operations, compliant documentation and consistently high quality support.


Recognised as a proactive and reliable professional, you bring strengths in procurement related financial recordkeeping, clear communication, problem solving and the effective use of corporate systems. You excel in teamwork, workload prioritisation and supporting the delivery of operational and business objectives.
