Job Description

Your mission

  • Responsible for handling grid connection requests, including payment preparation and serving as the main point of contact for DSOs
  • Maintain and manage all grid-related data and processes in Sitetracker, including orders and performance certificates
  • Preparation and administration of performance certificates (TIG) and related documentation
  • Management of the Company Client Gate in relation to the registration of new chargers and card terminals
  • Handling of administrative tasks, including incoming and outgoing mail, document management, scanning, and invoice registration
  • Preparation of reports and analyses, including monthly reports for the Energy Office and evaluations for location rent and partner invoicing
  • Execution of operational tasks in Business Central, including PO creation, goods receipt posting, and master data maintenance (vendors and items)
  • Responsibility for billing and receivables processes, including invoicing (e.g. fleet customers), review of eMSP invoices, and management of the dunning process

Your profile

  • 3+ years of experience in administration, finance, or accounting
  • Degree in business administration or similar field (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under deadlines
  • Project management skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Confident in using MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., Business Central) inventory booking, and delivery note handling
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
