Ara Whiwhi Mahi | The Opportunity

We have a fixed term opportunity for a Business Support (L2) to provide high quality and effective administrative support across the Enterprise & Integrity Services (E&IS) team. In this role you will work closely with our E&IS leaders, team members and Team Lead to deliver a high level of customer focused service.

You will be organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail, have sound judgement, and will have a genuine interest in making a difference in both small and big picture ways.

In this varied role you will:

  • Provide administrative support to our E&IS Leadership Team members including diary management, organising meetings and assisting with events
  • Help manage day‑to‑day priorities for leaders, including short‑notice and competing demands to ensure they are successful
  • Provide strong administrative support to ensure the smooth running of meetings, capturing key decisions and action points
  • Use organisational systems, tools, and internal expertise to deliver accurate and consistent information
  • Take ownership of tasks, setting realistic timeframes, and communicating progress clearly
  • Contribute positively to team culture through collaboration, integrity, and respect

To be successful in this position you will possess some of the following attributes:

  • Previous experience working in an administrative or business support role
  • Excellent communication skills, organisational and time management skills
  • Solutions‑focused, adaptable, and highly organised
  • Strong sense of curiosity and an interest in learning new systems and ways of working and feedback
  • Take pride in delivering quality work and managing information with care
  • A keen understanding of the need for confidentiality and a high level of integrity
  • A friendly “can do” attitude and the willingness to pitch in and support the wider team when required
