Job Description:

Are you digitally curious, highly organized, and eager to gain broad business experience in a leading healthcare company?

We are looking for a Business Support & Digital Communications Trainee to join our team and work closely with the General Manager and cross-functional leaders. This role offers hands-on exposure to digital communications, product data management, business operations, project coordination, and executive support.

You will contribute to key business priorities while helping strengthen our digital presence, improve operational efficiency, and support leadership execution.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Communications & Innovation

• Support digital communication initiatives and content creation across LinkedIn and other channels.
• Develop posts highlighting innovation, education, customer engagement, product developments, and key business activities.
• Maintain the communications calendar and monitor engagement metrics.
• Create presentations, digital assets, and communication materials.
• Explore and support the adoption of AI and digital tools that enhance productivity and collaboration.

Product Data & Business Operations

• Maintain product information across digital platforms, registries, and internal systems.
• Coordinate data collection and documentation with Marketing, Commercial, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams.
• Ensure product data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Support process improvement, digitalization, and automation initiatives.
• Manage trackers, databases, and reporting tools.

Executive & Business Support

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the General Manager and Leadership Team.
• Organize meetings, manage schedules, prepare agendas, and track follow-up actions.
• Support the preparation of presentations, business updates, and executive communications.
• Coordinate internal events, leadership visits, customer engagements, and travel arrangements.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams while handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Project Support

• Contribute to cross-functional projects and strategic business initiatives.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and tracking tools to support execution and decision-making.
• Help identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

• University student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital technologies, communications, business operations, and healthcare.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms.
• Interest in AI and emerging digital productivity tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
• Professional approach with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
