The Business Support Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, providing top level support to our senior management and acting as the first point of contact for visitors. This role is on-site and will be located in St Ives Cambridgeshire.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Management Team, including complex diary management, scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, booking domestic and international travel, preparing itineraries and processing expenses.
• Act as the primary point of contact for visitors on travel and logistics, coordinating travel arrangements, accommodation, meeting rooms, transportation, and hospitality to ensure a seamless experience for both associates and visitors.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of the office environment, maintaining office supplies and equipment, liaising with suppliers and service providers, managing stationery and consumables, and ensuring the workplace remains organised, efficient, and fully operational.
• Provide administrative support for HR and training activities, including assistance with onboarding and induction activities, booking training courses, scheduling training sessions, and helping to organise learning and development activities.
• General Office Management and adhoc administrative duties to assist the wider business where required.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• A proactive mindset with the ability to work under your own initiative and manage your time effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently as well as as a part of a team
