Business Support Coordinator - Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland

Our WSP Auckland office has an exciting opportunity for a proactive, people-focused coordinator/administrator to join us on a 12-month parental leave cover. This is a full-time role but can be flexible if you are wanting around 32+ hours per week.

This role exists to keep our office and project teams running smoothly providing responsive, high-quality administrative support that enables great client outcomes. You’ll be the go-to person for coordination and day-to-day support, building trusted relationships across the business and sharing knowledge to help the wider team thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About you:

• Preferably minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in a related environment or industry.
• Relevant tertiary qualification and/or training advantageous.
• Current, clean New Zealand Driver License.
• Ability to pick up new systems quickly.
• Client-focused, creative and solutions-driven.
• You thrive in a team where no two days are the same
• You’re happy to get involved in office initiatives and team events
• You take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes
• You enjoy supporting others and make things easier for the wider team
• You are an organised and detail-focused superstar, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
• You adapt easily to both reactive and proactive tasks.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint and Teams
