Business Support Assistant

At Müller Milk & Ingredients, we’re passionate about delivering quality products and supporting our teams to perform at their best. As a Business Support Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping site operations running smoothly while helping to drive continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing

Managing third party supplier invoicing and agency timesheet processes
Coordinating site hospitality and supporting people processes
Supporting stock control and ordering site sundry items
Delivering site inductions and supporting onboarding activities
Maintaining Q Pulse database and supporting site communications
Collating and distributing weekly and monthly wage information
Identifying improvement opportunities and supporting operational excellence projects

What we’re looking for

A proactive team player with a ‘can do’ approach
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively
Confidence in using systems and handling data accurately
Someone who looks for ways to improve processes and reduce waste
Willingness to learn, adapt and embrace change
Awareness of health and safety and the impact of your work on site performance
