Job Description

You will work closely with the Administrative Assistant and support the Director Team in the day-to-day operations.

Duration: 12 months, full-time | A valid work permit for full-time employment in Austria is required

Your Tasks

• Assist with the coordination and organization of appointments, meetings and events, including preparation and follow-up.
• Assist with recurring administrative processes, including HR administration, purchase orders and invoice processing.
• Prepare, organize and maintain documents, presentations, records and relevant internal information.
• Work with relevant internal IT systems and tools, including data maintenance and recurring administrative processes.
• Independently take over pre-defined administrative and organizational tasks during periods of absence to ensure continuity of daily operations.

Your Profile

• Current or completed degree in business administration, management, or a related field and initial work experience in organization and administration
• Good MS Office skills and proficiency in using digital tools; experience with SAP or similar systems is an advantage
• Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
• Structured, organized, and reliable approach to work with strong attention to detail
• Service-oriented personality and willing to take ownership

The gross monthly salary for this internship is EUR 3.017,57 based on a 40-hour work week (full-time) in accordance with the collective agreement of Telekom Austria AG.
