As part of our global business support organization, you will ensure the smooth operation of our business by supporting critical systems across regions. You will coordinate internal and external partners to resolve user issues and deliver solutions aligned with internal standards. Your focus is on creating outstanding internal user satisfaction.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the point of contact for internal users, ensuring timely issue resolution and clear communication.
  • Detect system misuse and improvement opportunities, report findings, and follow through on actions.
  • Provide process-oriented training to internal users.
  • Support release cycles and organize transitions for new functionality, including data migration, training, and process introduction.
  • Specify reports and dashboards for end-user needs across geographies.
  • Act as an advocate for high-quality solutions while supporting Digital Business Processes projects.

Qualifications

Must-have:

  • Relevant experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, or similar.
  • Familiarity with an ERP system (IFS experience is welcome).
  • Completed higher vocational education or a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed team.
  • Awareness of cultural differences and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
    Any additional languages are welcome.

Learnable in the role:

  • Advanced expertise in BOM management and ERP modules.
  • SQL queries in a modern RDBMS.
  • Creating dashboards and KPI reports.
  • Change management techniques for evolving environments.
  • Designing process-focused user training.

Additional Information

  • Salary from €1800 gross/month, depending on experience.
  • 13th salary (100% of monthly gross salary).
