Job Description

As a Business Support Analyst at Ford, you are at the heart of our European vehicle delivery engine. You will be the vital link between our IT systems and our Marketing, Sales, and Service teams. Your mission is to ensure that every vehicle offered on Ford eCommerce is accurately tracked, every order is processed without friction, and our digital tools are constantly evolving to meet the needs of our customers across Europe.

  • Operational Excellence: Monitor and manage the corporate inventory of orders and vehicles on Ford’s eCommerce platforms, ensuring 100% data integrity and availability.

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of support for users; use SQL queries to investigate data discrepancies and resolve application issues affecting the order process.

  • IT Liaison: Partner with European IT teams to escalate technical bugs, track the backlog of fixes, and participate in issue reviews.

  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the current fulfilment workflow and recommend data-driven enhancements to the Development teams.

  • Documentation & Training: Create and maintain high-quality user guides and process documentation to empower National Sales Companies and other stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Logistics, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless "Order-to-Delivery" journey.
  • Language: High-level fluency in English (written and spoken).

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong proficiency in SQL (ability to write complex queries for data validation is essential).

    • Advanced MS Office skills (specifically Excel for data manipulation).

  • Mindset: An investigative, "detective-like" attitude toward problem-solving. You don't just report a bug; you enjoy finding out why it happened.

  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced team environment.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Please note that we currently run background checks as part of our recruitment process pending a successful interview.
