Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Business Support Analyst on a temporary basis (up to 12 months) on our Consumer Products team.
This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Edmonton, Alberta.

What you’ll do:
Screen and evaluate incoming opportunities by conducting preliminary reviews, gathering key information, and identifying gaps or potential solutions for stakeholder growth.
Develop and enhance reporting to track sales, margins, and program performance on weekly, monthly, annual, and ad‑hoc schedules.
Monitor participation in B2B programs and collaborates with the Supervisor on recommendations to improve engagement or program design.
Support data compilation and analysis for promotions, budgeting, and variance research.
Handle complex client inquiries, assists with order processing, and coordinates smooth onboarding/offboarding for B2B programs.
Who you’ll work with:
The Team: You will work closely with Business Support Administrators, Business Support Assistants, and cross‑functional teams across other Business Units to resolve issues and establish required account services and will report directly to the Business Support Supervisor. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, independence, responsiveness and continuous improvement.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Sales & Marketing and:
Have 6-9 years' experience in a business support role assessing data and developing
business insights.
Have a College or Technical Diploma (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
Experience in a sales environment would be an asset.
