Are you a compassionate and organised communicator who thrives on helping others?
Atos Medical, now part of Coloplast, is a global leader in voice and pulmonary rehabilitation for people living with a neck stoma. We’re proud to design and deliver innovative products and services that support patients, healthcare professionals, and leading institutions.
We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our Business Support team in Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with teams across the organisation to manage enquiries and ensure an excellent customer experience while handling sensitive information with professionalism and care. Previous customer service experience is essential, with experience in a healthcare, medical or pharmaceutical environment being advantageous.
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing responsive, compassionate support and ensuring enquiries and orders are managed accurately and efficiently. Working closely with Product Specialists and colleagues across the business, you’ll help deliver a seamless customer experience by processing orders, resolving queries, coordinating customer requirements and maintaining accurate records.
You’ll build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy, and play a key part in delivering exceptional service that supports patients and healthcare professionals across the UK.
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service. You’ll be highly organised, confident managing multiple systems and priorities, and able to build strong relationships across teams to resolve customer enquiries and complaints effectively.
With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to following processes, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration, professionalism and continuous improvement are key. Experience within a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting would be beneficial but is not essential.
At Atos Medical, now part of Coloplast, you’ll join a supportive, purpose-driven team dedicated to improving patients’ lives. We offer a collaborative environment where you can make a real impact, develop your skills, and be recognised with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Coloplast develops products and services to make life easier for people with deeply personal and private medical conditions. These conditions are often associated with trauma and taboo. The more intimate the condition, the greater the requirement to come closer to customers, understand their world and develop solutions that are sensitive to their special needs. We call this intimate healthcare.
Closeness to all customers makes this possible. We listen to better understand needs and respond by finding new ways to do things better together. We lead the way by bringing the best ideas first and fast to market in the form of medical devices and service solutions.
Deeply private and personal medical conditions are our focus. Our passion to make a real difference to people’s lives is what drives and unites us. Our culture supports high ambitions and releases the full potential of our own people to achieve them.
Our business includes Ostomy Care, Continence Care, Advanced Wound Care, Interventional Urology and Voice & Respiratory Care. We operate globally, employing more than 16,500 people.
