Known within HammondCare as a Business Support Advisor, HammondCare are actively seeking an experienced Projects Coordinator, to support Residential Aged Care – to be based across various HammondCare Residential sites on a Full-Time basis.

This position has flexible work from home and on site options.

Working acrosstransformation, technology,innovationandbest practice dementia care,it translatesinsightsinto practical actions, supports collaborativedesignand contributes to initiatives that improve outcomes for residents,familiesandfrontlineteams.

The role champions change and continuous improvement while driving engagement to enhanceHammondCare’sinfluence and reputation.

Essance of the role:

  • Project Management & Delivery – coordinates and supports the planning, execution, andclosureof strategic projects, ensuring timelines, stakeholder engagement, and project outcomes are achieved.

  • Innovation & Improvement Design - centres on designing andtrailingnew models,workflowsand technologies. Collaboration withboth internal andexternal partnershelpstest and refine innovative solutions before implementation.

  • Change Leadership & Culture Shaping - champions a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, guiding how change initiatives are understood and adopted across theorganisation

  • Process & Workflow Design – translates requirements into future-state workflows and redesigned processes, strengthening theHammondCare’sability to deliver practical,efficientand sustainable ways of working.

About You 

  • Commitment to engage and align withHammondCare’sChristian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action.

  • Experience in coordinating or supporting projects in health, aged care, hospitality, or service environments.

  • Proven experience in an administrative, customer service, or compliance role, preferably within health, aged care, or community services.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and document management.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Familiarity with or the ability to learn aged care compliance requirements, including privacy, documentation, and regulatory standards.

  • Demonstrated ability to show initiative, problem-solving, and analytical thinking in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

  • Empathy, patience, and a service-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional internal and external customer service.
