Job Description

As a Business Success Partner (m/f/d), you will support and develop workshops within our network. Using state-of-the-art AI-based platforms, as well as extensive market and vehicle data, you will help partners improve their performance, capacity utilization, and profitability in a sustainable way.

  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through regular on-site visits
  • Analyzing sales and performance metrics and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Enhancing quality, efficiency, and profitability within workshop operations
  • Providing consulting and support in the parts and aftersales business
  • Implementing defined business and service standards
  • Initiating and supporting marketing and sales activities
  • Planning and executing actions aligned with market strategy
  • Presenting business recommendations and sales initiatives
  • Collaborating closely with workshops, dealerships, and other partners
  • Managing key customer accounts
  • Using CRM systems for lead management, customer support, and sales forecasting
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting business performance results
  • Presenting relevant sales and market data
  • Gathering and analyzing market intelligence to identify new business opportunities

Qualifications

You have experience in the automotive industry, for example as:

  • Service Assistant
  • Parts and Accessories Service Representative
  • Service Advisor
  • Automotive Service or Diagnostic Technician
  • Automotive Technician/Mechanic
  • Body and Vehicle Builder
  • Workshop Manager

In addition, you possess:

  • Strong sales orientation and a passion for customer interaction
  • Experience driving revenue growth and business development
  • The ability to advise, influence, and persuade others effectively
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong digital literacy and openness to new technologies
  • An independent working style and proven sales success in parts or aftersales businesses
  • Fluent German and English language skills
