Key Responsibilities
Strategic Deliverables & Narrative: Lead the creation of presentations for QBRs and strategic initiatives, translating complex data and ambiguous challenges into clear executive narratives.
Project & Stakeholder Management: Independently drive cross-functional initiatives across Strategy, Marketing, Communications, and Business Units—building timelines and tracking systems to ensure on-time execution.
Research & Insights: Conduct competitive and market analysis to deliver actionable recommendations that inform strategy.
Strategy Co-Development: Partner with Senior Strategy Specialists and leadership to craft rollout plans, best practices, and process innovations.
Qualifications
Experience: 3–5 years in business strategy, operations, consulting, or communications. Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred).
Technical Skills: Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills required; data visualization experience (PowerBI, Smartsheet) is a plus.
Core Competencies: Strong analytical thinker, proactive self-starter, and effective communicator capable of working cross-functionally and navigating ambiguity under tight deadlines.
Operational Fit: Discretion with confidential data and flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends to meet project milestones.
