Job Description
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business. Our teams include Sales, Marketing, Operation, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, and Marketing Science. GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group.
You will act as a strategic partner and operational leader, and enable the GM to focus on external growth and internal leadership by spearheading strategic planning, conducting deep-dive analysis to solve business challenges, and driving cross-functional projects to deliver tangible results.
- Strategic Planning: Lead the annual/quarterly planning process and OKR setting. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to analyze market trends and ads data, identifying growth opportunities and strategic pivots for the SEA region.
- Business Health & Analytics: Oversee the analysis of complex ads and marketing data to uncover revenue trends, client behaviour, product adoption, and productivity gaps. You will go beyond reporting to interpret data and provide specific, actionable recommendations to the GM. Manage the rhythm of the business (WBR/MBR/QBR) and craft high-quality narratives for regional and global leadership.
- Project Leadership: Serve as the bridge between the GBS SEA team and key internal partners (Industry Ops, Product, Marketing, Strategy & Operations, Data, etc.). You will orchestrate high-priority initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful execution.
