This job is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives and/or processes aligned to priorities within a functional area and/or business. Key responsibilities include defining, developing, executing, monitoring, and/or refining strategic initiatives and processes in close collaboration with key stakeholders and internal partners.
This role leads the delivery of accurate, timely reporting and ensures the day-to-day reliability of scorecards, dashboards, and business review materials for the Management Team. It requires significant experience, sound independent judgment, and a high degree of autonomy, along with strong cross-functional coordination to manage complex reporting processes across multiple data sources, stakeholders, and deadlines. Serving as both the operational backbone and subject matter expert, this position drives report production, data integrity, and process discipline while providing clear visibility into performance against goals. The role also supports senior leaders by anticipating reporting needs, proactively resolving issues, and keeping high-visibility deliverables on track across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Monthly and Quarterly Business Review (MBR/QBR) processes, including timelines, data validation, stakeholder coordination, and delivery of executive-ready materials.
Own LOB and Enterprise scorecards, ensuring accurate, consistent visibility into performance using standardized metrics.
Develop executive presentations, dashboards, and reports that clearly communicate performance trends, risks, and business updates.
Manage data aggregation across systems and teams to deliver timely, accurate, and audit-ready reporting.
Drive reporting efficiency by leveraging data visualization and automation tools.
Identify and implement improvements to reporting processes, KPIs, and data quality.
Serve as a central point for reporting operations, ensuring alignment and on-time delivery.
Lead automation and workflow optimization efforts to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to deliver insights, solve complex problems, and execute strategic initiatives.
Hands-on, action-oriented individual who drives change and stays directly involved rather than delegating.
Oversees the process for building and/or executing business initiatives and/or processes, while partnering with stakeholders and partners.
Readiness to work on a variety of tasks and face potential challenges directly.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Initiative Coordination
Coordinate cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives, driving alignment across business units, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution.
Influence cross-functional teams to adopt best practices and operational discipline.
Required Qualifications:
Significant experience owning executive reporting, scorecards, dashboards, and business review materials that support high-visibility leadership decisions.
Strong experience gathering, validating, consolidating, and managing data across multiple systems and stakeholders in complex, fast-paced environments.
Excellent operational execution skills, including timeline management, version control, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, concise, and executive-ready reporting materials.
Proven track record of improving reporting processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data quality.
Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and apply sound judgment in high-pressure environments.
Demonstrated expertise in reporting operations, including data quality standards, controls, and scalable process design.
Desired Qualifications:
