The Business Strategy & Initiatives Manager supports the development and execution of strategic priorities across the broader SCCS organization and aligned business and functional areas. This role partners closely with senior executives and key stakeholders to shape, influence, and deliver on critical business priorities, while designing, implementing, and optimizing processes and initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes and advance enterprise-wide objectives. This includes delivering compelling, executive-level storytelling that brings SCCS priorities to life, highlighting AI-driven initiatives such as automation, predictive insights, and digital transformation, as well as broader business performance and strategic outcomes. Key responsibilities include strategy development, execution oversight, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute business initiatives and processes in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders and internal partners
• Apply subject matter expertise and business acumen to solve complex problems and deliver impactful solutions
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, partners, and senior leadership to achieve strategic objectives
• Analyze data and perform assessments to identify opportunities, generate insights, and measure business performance
• Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to drive progress against key goals and priorities
• Continuously evaluate and refine processes and initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Own and develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations, delivering clear and compelling storytelling across SCCS, including AI initiatives, strategic priorities, and overall business performance
