The organization you will be joining is a newly established unit reporting directly to the COO of Rakuten Mobile. Rakuten Mobile is evolving daily to deliver attractive services to a broader customer base. To drive further growth, we are focused on maximizing profitability and building a robust governance framework through strategic planning, strengthening organizational competitiveness, formulating improvement policies, monitoring, and institutionalizing operational processes. Our responsibilities are wide-ranging—from supporting executive decision-making to hands-on problem solving and project execution.
