【業務内容】
金融(主に銀行、地銀、ネット銀行)セクターを統括するDirectorの直下にて、メガバンクや地方銀行・ネット銀行のお客様に対し、数億円〜数十億円規模の大型変革プロジェクトの実行責任者（エンゲージメントリード）をお任せします。
単なるPM(管理者)ではなく、「顧客のビジネス変革を最前線でリードするコンサルタント」として、以下の役割を担います。
1. 戦略の「具現化」と全体設計
パートナーが経営層と合意した「戦略・構想」を、具体的な実行計画(スコープ・予算・品質・スケジュール)へとブレークダウンし、PJの全体像を設計します。
2. 実行フェーズの総指揮
PJ開始後はご自身で開発を行うのではなく、社内の技術専門チーム(約2,000名のデリバリー部隊)やPMを統括・リードする立場として、PJ全体のマネジメントを担います。 お客様側の部長・課長クラスと対峙し、課題解決や意思決定を行いながら、巨大な技術リソースを動かしてプロジェクトを成功へと導きます。
3. 新規案件の組成
既存PJの深耕だけでなく、パートナーと協働して新たなDXロードマップを策定し、次なる変革テーマ(New Scope)を創出します
