Job Title: Business Strategy & Analytics Manager – CB CAO Central Delivery

Location: Mumbai, India

Your key responsibilities

  • Coordinate year-end processes for the Corporate Bank, including promotions and compensation cycles.
  • Support divisional strategy for headcount management, planning, and reporting.
  • Conduct data analysis to generate insights, reports, and compelling presentations that support strategic decision-making.
  • Design and maintain data models and dashboards using MS Excel to support people, finance, and Workday systems.
  • Create high-impact, professional PowerPoint presentations to communicate key messages to senior leadership.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual effort and enhance efficiency.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with global stakeholders across Finance, HR, Product COOs, and Business Management.
  • Manage divisional FTE modelling and MI requirements using the Pharos People Platform.
  • Translates business needs into actionable requirements for technical teams and contributes to the team’s transformation agenda.

Your skills and experience

  • Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience in finance, business management, or strategy roles.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly learn divisional context.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data modelling and reporting.
  • Proven ability to work with large datasets and develop insightful analytics.
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills with a flair for storytelling and executive-level communication.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage time-sensitive deliverables independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
