What You Will Own

In this role, you will be accountable for:

  • Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks

  • Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers

  • Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables

  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan

  • Create and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, managers, and other business teams, to gather and document fashion business team requirements

  • Helping the business team in adhoc tasks to support decision making

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Business, Business, Management, or related field

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in fashion retail or a related industry

  • Prior internship or Management Trainee experience in fashion or lifestyle brands and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, automation, basic programming, or AI-driven analytics will be considered an advantage
  • Strong interest in business strategy, analytics, and the fashion industry
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, as well as data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and key business metrics
  • Able to translate complex data into clear, structured insights and recommendations
  • Detail-oriented with strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Domiciled in Jabodetabek and willing to work from the office (WFO) only if needed.
