As a Business Strategy Analyst, you support the development and execution of growth strategies and business initiatives through data analysis, market research, and business intelligence. You help assess business performance, identify trends and opportunities, and generate insights that support decision-making, business planning, and the implementation of growth initiatives. You work closely with business partners to understand priorities, gather and document requirements, analyze information, and contribute to the development of recommendations and action plans. You play a key role in transforming data into meaningful insights that help guide growth initiatives and improve business outcomes. In addition to supporting strategy development, you help translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, coordinate tactical activities, monitor progress, and measure business impact. Your work requires strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources. You collaborate with stakeholders across various functions and contribute to strategic initiatives by providing fact-based analyses, performance monitoring, business insights, and execution support to help ensure growth objectives are achieved.
