Job Summary

The Business Specialist will be responsible for Business Process Modelling, with a focus on improving business processes and workflow efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall business performance.
4. Utilize business process modelling tools to create visual representations of processes and workflows.
5. Conduct regular evaluations to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in business processes.
6. Recommend and implement solutions to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.
7. Provide training and guidance to team members on new processes and changes.
8. Stay updated on industry best practices and technologies related to business process modelling.
9. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented process improvements.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in business process modelling tools such as bpmn, visio, lucidchart, or similar tools.
