Job Description

SPREAD ENTHUSIASM. SHAPE THE FUTURE.

SHARE YOUR PASSION.

Knowing the destination isn't enough: you need to know how to get there. Build up your own networks, exploit new ideas, consistently take the initiative. Inspire other people with your enthusiasm. That's the only way to give ideas the power that allows them to become true innovations.

Are you passionate about improving processes, working at the intersection of business and IT, and contributing to digital innovation? At BMW Financial Services Belux, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact by shaping smarter, more efficient ways of working across the organisation.

What awaits you?

  • You analyse existing workflows and identify where improvements can be made, helping teams work more efficiently and with fewer errors.
  • You coordinate improvement projects and guide colleagues through changes — from initial idea up to implementation.
  • You ensure that all processes follow legal requirements, BMW governance standards and compliance guidelines.
  • You act as a bridge between business teams and IT: you help translate business needs into IT requests, organise user testing and support colleagues during system changes.
  • You maintain and update process documentation (work instructions, manuals) and help prepare internal and external process audits.
  • You support digitalisation initiatives such as automation (RPA) or AI‑based improvements, working closely with the Digital Accelerator community.
  • You lead or contribute to cross‑functional projects — locally or internationally — ensuring smooth planning, communication and delivery.

What should you bring along?

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience, plus at least 5 years of experience in process work, IT‑systems or project management.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to understand, map and improve processes.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in simple, clear language.
  • A structured, organised way of working, with the ability to manage several tasks at once.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work independently — even in a fast‑moving or stressful environment.
  • Affinity with IT and good knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with Jira, Confluence or Signavio is a plus.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with a moderate level of French.

What do we offer?

At BMW Group Belux you will not only work for a strong brand, but also in an environment that breathes premium - from our products to our people.

  • An international working environment with a clear vision of innovation and sustainability;
  • A warm corporate culture where initiative and personal growth are encouraged;
  • Extensive training and development opportunities;
  • An attractive salary package with mobility solutions and a flexible cafeteria plan.

Apply today and discover how you can make a difference at BMW Group Belux!
