The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $84,757.00 to $137,443.20. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills.

In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, analyze operational performance, and implement solutions that increase efficiency and productivity. You will champion system enhancements, technology upgrades, and data-driven decision-making, ensuring our banking applications and operational models remain effective, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Core Banking Systems Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of core banking systems. Ensure seamless integration and functionality of third-party applications with core banking systems. Lead technology upgrades and enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.
Third-Party Applications: Oversee IT project management, ensuring alignment with operational goals and timelines Manage relationships with third-party vendors and ensure their applications meet the bank’s requirements. Coordinate the implementation and integration of third-party applications with core banking systems. Monitor and evaluate the performance of third-party applications to ensure they align with operational goals.
Operational Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain operational metrics to track performance and efficiency. Generate regular reports on operational metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for operational enhancement. Efficiency and
Productivity Analysis: Conduct efficiency and productivity analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements. Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity within the organization. Monitor the impact of changes and adjustments on overall performance.
Model Development and Management: Develop and manage models related to banking operations to optimize performance and predict trends. Ensure models are accurate, up-to-date, and effectively integrated into operational processes. Collaborate with other departments to leverage models for strategic decision-making.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all applications and systems comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Identify and mitigate risks associated with applications and technology. Maintain documentation and records to support compliance and audit requirements.
Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of professionals responsible for applications and technology. Foster collaboration with other departments to ensure cohesive and efficient operations. Provide training and support to team members on new applications and technology upgrades.
