As a member of the Investment Services (IS)ChiefAdministrative Office, this role serves as a trusted partner in advancing the organization's strategic priorities. The position leads the analysis, planning, and execution of critical IS initiatives andfunctions, delivers executive-ready insights and materials, and drives coordination across Productand Practiceteams Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail,strong analytical capabilities, sound judgment,and the ability to influence outcomes across a complex organization. This role reports directly to the IS Chief Administrative Officer.

Essential Functions

  • Develop strong working relationships with IS leaders and business partners across the enterprise to enable successful execution of strategic priorities and initiatives

  • Structureworkstreamsor complete projects independently,conduct analysis,preventscope creepanddrive implementation of recommendations

  • Develop executive ready presentations, briefing materials, leadership updates, and written communications to support decision making and senior management discussions

  • Perform research and analysis on cost saving opportunities, business performance, and process improvementsand synthesize information from multiple sources into concise summaries

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data to answer business questions and provide recommendations for action

  • Coordinatematrixedinitiatives by tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, andmanagefollow up actionsacross teams without direct authority

  • Assist with change management, meeting preparation, and stakeholder communications related to operating model changes

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of work experience ormaster’sdegree plus equivalent work experience

  • Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment while managingcompetingprioritiesthat can change dailyand driving resultsacross multipleprojectswith compressed deadlines

  • Experience in project management, management consulting, marketing, business strategy, data analytics, or a related field

  • Experience interpretingfinancialdata andormarket trends and translatingcomplex information into actionable insights

  • Strong judgment and prioritization skills, with the ability to determine what matters most and escalate issues appropriately

  • Project coordination and organizational skills, including the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across multiple workstreams

  • Critical thinking andproblem-solvingskills, with the ability to structure ambiguous issues and identify practical recommendations

  • Business acumen and the ability to connect operational details to broader business strategy

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge ofWealth, Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking (WCIB)

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple prioritiesandexecute with urgency

  • Experience coordinating cross functional teams and driving follow through on strategic initiatives

  • Experience supporting senior leaders and preparing materials for leadership meetings, strategic discussions, and executive decision making

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly with a variety of stakeholders verbally, visually, and in writing

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $126,820.00 - $149,200.00
