The intern will learn all BI&SFE&CRM (Salesforce-Veeva) system dynamics, improve MS Excel & CRM administration skills.

The internship will be supporting the department daily workload and present high-level assist for field users.

Activities of Business Solutions, TURGAN Intern:

Support the analysis and comments on all data sources in order to update

Support the administration tasks for BI&SFE&CRM (Salesforce-Veeva) systems

Support of field users for QlikSense and CRM usage

Support the creation of stakeholders and updating consents

Supporting the department for ad-hoc requests

Assisting IQVIA sales reports & analysis

Requirements:

  • 3rd or 4th year university student
  • Very good command of both written and spoken English
  • Candidates from Engineering would be preferred
  • Good knowledge on MS Office tools, especially MS Excel
  • Able to work 3 days/week for 6 months period
  • Located in Istanbul
