We are seeking individuals with a methodical approach to analyzing industrial business processes. This role involves collaborating closely with industry professionals to enhance and tailor their processes using a range of solutions from Dassault Systemes, including ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA, and 3DEXPERIENCE. As a Business Solution Architect on an external basis, you will be embarking on one of today's most stimulating roles, driving the implementation of cutting-edge software solutions.

Job Mission

The role of the Business Solution Architect is to act as a pillar of support for the business analysts team. This involves transforming client needs into effective IT solutions utilizing the Dassault Systemes portfolio. The objective is to add significant value to our clients by producing outstanding outcomes in crucial business projects and programs.

In the capacity of a Business Solution Architect, your primary responsibility will be to devise the solution and implementation strategy for the business domain of industrial companies. This requires close collaboration with all company stakeholders. You will be tasked with developing both short-term and long-term roadmaps and guidelines, establishing a clear solution direction, and ensuring that projects adhere to these roadmaps.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Translating business requirements into technical solutions within ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA, and 3DEXPERIENCE, addressing our clients' business processes;
• Maintaining timely and transparent communication, sharing information and knowledge;
• Collaborating and leveraging the expertise of others;
• Focusing on objectives and striking a balance between execution and planning;
• Proactively challenging business norms and shaping the future collaboratively;

Education

• A University degree, preferably in IT or Mechanical Engineering with strong IT acumen, is essential;
• Over 7 years of experience in implementing IT architectures in an industrial setting, particularly with Dassault Systemes solutions (ERP, PLM, or manufacturing planning expertise is highly valued);
• Proficient in business analysis and modeling methodologies;
• Skilled in translating Business requirements into IT architecture designs;
• Proficient in remote hardware and software diagnostics;
• Experienced in setting up cloud environments for 3DEXPERIENCE installations;
• Must have knowledge of modern IT architectures;

Personal Skills

• Ability to conduct workshops and translate business needs into architectural requirements;
• A proactive individual capable of handling resistance;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Expertise in conducting training sessions for 3DEXPERIENCE and DELMIA;
• A motivated, enthusiastic team player;
• Well-rounded consultancy skills with a practical approach;
• Driven by innovation and passionate about implementing new solutions;
• Fluency in English.

Other Information

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with occasional requirements to be present in our offices in Sofia and Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
