The Job

• Partner with business colleagues to define business needs and identify business process improvement opportunities through collecting, understanding and analysing user requirements, conducting feasibility studies, liaising, and presenting findings and proposals to business colleagues for comments and acceptance.
• Ensure the assigned project tasks are completed on time, within budget and meet business needs and are up to quality standards by planning and ascertaining the allocation of time, manpower and relevant internal and external resources for the project and regularly monitoring the overall progress.
• Supervise external consultants, including allocating task assignment and their performance monitoring.
• Evaluate and report on the quality of solutions delivered, including reliability, security, system documentation and performance of the business solution developed or implemented by external contractors.
• Ensure availability of updated documentation of assigned applications by preparing and updating the user manual, system/programme specifications and checking the format and correctness of the documentation prepared by external consultants.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

The Person

• Degree holder in Business Analysis / Information Systems / Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in business analysis and project implementation, including at least 2 years in a sizeable organisation.
• Experience in property development or property management industry is an advantage.
• Strong passion for emerging technologies.
• Solid understanding of SaaS models, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics and DevSecOps practices.
• Hands-on knowledge with Microsoft Forms, Power Apps, Power Automate, Robotic Process Automation (影刀 RPA), SQL operations, and various end-user computing tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Project Management Office (PMO) principles, Project Management methodologies (PMP), Agile practices, and IT Service Management frameworks (ITIL) is highly valued.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Strong business partnering stakeholder management capabilities and excellent communication, negotiation skills and business solution formulation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Analytical mindset, adaptable to change and solution-oriented.
• Proven project management and stakeholder influence skills.
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Mature, dynamic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
